The law provides rules combine laws "On Conformity Assessment", "On standards, technical regulations and conformity assessment procedures" and the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of 10 May 1993 №46-93 "On standardization and certification" while defining them as no longer in force, and proposes amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine.
